Dr. Michelle Frawley was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She completed her undergraduate degree at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh PA, where she majored in Biology and Biochemistry.
After completing her college studies, Dr. Michelle returned to Buffalo, NY to attend the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. During her four years of dental school, Dr. Michelle found her passion for pediatric dentistry. She served as the president of the Pediatric Educational and Dental Outreach Club and received a concentration in pediatric and special needs dentistry. Dr. Michelle was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national dental honor society, and was the recipient of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Pre-Doctoral Certificate of Merit Award.
Dr. Michelle went on to receive her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Here, she provided compassionate and comprehensive dental care to infant, child, and adolescent patients. For two years, she trained in a high-volume hospital clinic, treating both healthy patients and those with a wide variety of special healthcare needs. She also served as an on-call dentist for a Level 1 trauma center.
Dr. Michelle is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, NY Dental Association, and the 8th District Dental Society. Her goal is to create a positive experience for all her patients and help to establish life-long healthy oral health habits. She is very excited to meet all the wonderful families at Fredonia Pediatric and Adolescent Dentistry!
When Dr. Michelle isn’t practicing dentistry, she enjoys skiing, baking, spending time with family and friends, and of course, cheering on the Buffalo Bills!
